Un salmone magico
Born was a Magical Salmon, its glistening cloak reflecting sunlight through the green fronds. One day, enchanted by culinary tales, it ventured into unknown lands. Amidst rosemary meadows and olive groves, it befriended dancing red onions and sparkling olives. In the garden of cherry tomatoes, a parsley fairy crafted a culinary symphony wrapped in parchment. Thus, the Magical Salmon became the protagonist of a flavorsome fairy tale.



800 g Salmon fillet (4 pieces)
2 Red onions
24 Taggiasca olives
5 Cherry tomatoes
1 bunchParsley
Extra virgin olive oil
Fine salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1. Preheat the oven.
2. Place the salmon fillets on parchment paper.
3. Add sliced red onions, Taggiasca olives, and cherry tomatoes.
4. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
5. Seal the parchment packets and bake in the oven for half an hour.
