In an enchanted realm, Pink and Green danced to the rhythm of nature. Pink, cloaked in a mantle of tenderness, gracefully intertwined with Green, fresh and vibrant like the morning dew. 500g of pork sausage
1 glass of dry white wine
3 sprigs of rosemary
2 cloves of garlic
A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
300g of fresh broccoli rabe
Fine salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2. Brush a baking pan with olive oil.
3. Score the sausages lightly to facilitate the release of liquids during cooking.
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the sausages are golden.
5. Add the broccoli rabe to the pan and continue cooking for an additional 15-20 minutes.
6. Pour in the white wine, add garlic and rosemary, then bake again for 15 minutes or until the sausages are well-cooked.
7. Serve the dish hot, drizzled with the cooking sauce and garnished with rosemary sprigs.
